The Secretary of the LPEPC, Taylor Triggs, called the meeting to order at: 1:30 PM
April 11th, 2026
Held at UCCS Downtown – 102 S. Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903
Credentials Report
Eligibility criteria for delegates:
• Must be registered to Libertarian Party (govotecolorado.com > Find My Registration)
• Must reside in El Paso County or a neighboring county without its own affiliation
• Board candidates must register 90 days in advance of convention on date (January 11, 2026)

Number of delegates = ratio threshold for passing vote: 14
