   Call to Order by Chair Chris Houtchens at 7:08pm
   Board Members Present: Chris Houtchens, John Hjersman
   This does not constitute a Quorum.
   Others present: Bert Dunn, Jessica Peterson, Judy Darcy
2. The Board attempted to contact other Board Members to appear by phone and could not reach them.
3. Adjourn MCU 7:22pm

   Discussions were held after adjournment about the calendar, social media, ballot issues, speaker for the October meeting, privacy & data sharing as it relates to Nation Builder, Annual Meeting, Stop the Shakedowns petitioning, City Government, web page updates, LPCO website, upcoming meeting topics, next Board Meeting, firearms.
